installation problem
« on: February 11, 2007, 03:55:29 PM »
I have installed the script and every time when I try to upload an image via the admin section, I get the following error-

Software error:
CGI open of tmpfile: No such file or directory

Could someone direct me where to look to correct this?

Thanks

I have seen windows apache servers create temporary files during the upload.  Maybe for some reason it is not possible in this case?  I'd check with your host support first on this one.

This is not a Windows apache server, it is a Linux based server.  What temp files is it trying to make?

On a windows server an upload via apache will result in a temp file in the tmp folder of the server... I guess the same is possible on a unix server.   Just pointing that out since the strange message you get.
