Subscribing to EZmailer from CSVread page.
« on: December 24, 2006, 01:59:30 AM »
Hi,

I now have the csvread display page showing the various fields along with a an email field.  The emails are hyperlinks.  Is there any way I can put a little button next to each email so when I click on that button, it will link to the subscribe form and also bring the corresponding email to that form.  In other word, I click on that buttong next to an email me@yahoo.com

Yes, as a form to subscribe to ezmailer looks like:

<form method="POST" action="http://www.mysite.com/cgi-bin/ezmailer.pl">
    <input type="text" name="address" size="25">
    <input type="submit" value="Subscribe Me" name="submit">
    <input type="hidden" name="action" value="externalsubscribe">
    <input type="hidden" name="listID" value="3">
</form>

You could construct a link that does the same:

http://www.mysite.com/cgi-bin/ezmailer.pl?address=me@yahoo.com&submit=Subscribe Me&action=externalsubscribe&listID=x
